This was the image that greeted visitors to GeoCon 6. I was just recently told that Mali "Lord High Goddess of Registration" added the "(Gooey!)" on the board to stop people from arguing with registration that the con was called Gee-Oh Con. I'm still trying to get a definitive answer as to who the artist was.

The first day of GeoCon 6 has come and gone. Despite some start up problems everything went quite well. The Con really didn't get moving until about 6pm, but once it got moving, well. The dance went from 9pm till about 2am. Hopefully the shots I took will turn out, and everyone can have a look. The Video Game room looks like another success this year.

And what was I doing you ask? Well, after attending to my duties to record the event for the site, I decided to do something I never had the chance to do at GeoCon before. Yes, that's right, I had fun. I actually participated in a real gaming session for a real game. Myself and six others partook of the insanity provided by Charles Keith-Stanley for a game of Call of Cthulu. We had a lot of fun, until maintenance turned off the air, and it was time to leave.

Now Appearing at The Evergreen State College is GeoCon 6. For the next few days the campus will be taken over by lots of people having lots of fun. I'm sure you will want to be there too.
